Guan Schellekens

Guan Schellekens is leading the Climate Risk Project Management Office within ECB Banking Supervision, which is responsible for coordinating the integration of climate-related and environmental risks into the SSM supervisory approach and the day-to-day work of the Joint Supervisory Teams. Among others, Guan was responsible for the development of the ECB Guide and for the conduct and follow-up of 2022 Thematic Review on climate-related and environmental risks. Before joining the ECB, Guan had various roles at the De Nederlandsche Bank, including project lead on environmental risks.
