Joint Guidelines on the oversight cooperation and information exchange between the ESAs and the competent authorities – applicable as of 6th January 2025

European supervisory authorities (EBA, EIOPA and ESMA) has issued guidelines (JC/GL/2024/36) on the oversight cooperation and information exchange between the ESAs and the competent authorities under Regulation (EU) 2022/2554. The guidelines are addressed to supervisory authorities.

The Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) has confirmed that it will comply with the Guidelines.

Subject matter

The Guidelines specify the oversight cooperation and information exchange between the ESAs and the competent authorities in context with Oversight Framework of critical ICT third-party service providers.

Entry into force

The Guidelines will apply from 6th January 2025.
