Supervised entities’ event concerning reformed Funds Transfer Regulation on 22 May 2024

The FIN-FSA will arrange an info event for supervised entities about the reformed Funds Transfer Regulation on Wednesday 22 May 2024 at 10–11:30 am. Among other things, the event includes a presentation on the impacts of the Regulation on the obligations of crypto asset service providers. The Ministry of Finance will participate in the presentation of the topic.

Entities supervised by the FIN-FSA are welcome to the event, along with authorities and other parties participating in the application of the Regulation.

The event will be arranged on a remote basis, and the language of presentation is Finnish. Participation will take place virtually using the Teams application. The event will not be recorded. The material will be published on the FIN-FSA website at a later date.
