Regulations and guidelines 6/2013 Securities offerings and listings to be repealed on 31 March 2024

Regulations related to the subject matter of Regulations and guidelines 6/2013 Securities offerings and listings have changed, and the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 has replaced the national prospectus regulations. The guidelines and interpretations of Regulations and guidelines 6/2013 are in many respects included in current prospectus regulations or are outdated, and therefore Regulations and guidelines 6/2013 will be repealed.

Guidelines and interpretations that are still relevant will be moved to the Financial Supervisory Authority's website, section Finanssivalvonta.fi > Financial market participants > Capital markets > Issuers and investors > Offering of securities and prospectuses.

The Board of the Financial Supervisory Authority has decided on the repeal on 6 March 2024, and the repeal will enter into force on 31 March 2024.
