Amendments to Regulations and guidelines 5/2019 (Capital Requirements Regulation)

FIN-FSA Regulations and guidelines 5/2019 (regulations and guidelines related to the Capital Requirements Regulation) have been amended.

To section 6.2.2 of the Regulations and guidelines have been added the wellness services counties and joint wellness services county authorities as regional governments and local authorities whose exposures can be treated as exposures to the central government.

In addition, the Regulations and guidelines have been updated to take into account the amended investment firm legislation and the previously enacted Act on Alternative Invention Fund Managers.

The amendments to the Regulations and guidelines apply to chapters 1, 2, 6 and 14.

The amendments will enter into force on 21 January 2022.
