Amendments to regulations and guidelines 2/2015 on the development of recovery plans and early intervention

FIN-FSA regulations and guidelines 2/2015 (Development of recovery plans and early intervention) have been amended.

A reference to a guideline issued by the European Banking Authority (EBA) on recovery plan indicators (EBA/GL/2021/11) has been added to chapter 5 of the regulations and guidelines.

In addition, a reference to EBA recommendations on the coverage of entities in the group recovery plan (EBA/REC/2017/02) of 1 January 2018 has been added to chapter 3 of the regulations and guidelines.

The amendments to the regulations and guidelines enter into force on 18 February 2022.
