Public consultation by the ECB: draft amendments to the ECB regulation on reporting of supervisory financial information – consultation is open until 27 March

On 17 February 2017, the European Central Bank launched a public consultation on draft amendments to the ECB regulation on reporting of supervisory financial information (FINREP).
The draft amendments reflects changes in the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Other modifications are also proposed based on the experience gained since the first implementation of the ECB regulation as of 31 December 2015. 

The consultation is open until 27 March 2017. The ECB will hold a public hearing in the form of a telephone conference on 20 March 2017.
