Gibraltar Financial Services Commission announces liquidation of and appointment of a Provisional Liquidator for an insurance company
On 29 July 2016, the Financial Services Commission (The Commission) announced that the insurance company Enterprise Insurance Company plc (EIC) was placed into liquidation. The Supreme Court of Gibraltar, upon application by the Commission, appointed Mr Frederick David John White as Provisional Liquidator of EIC.
The Commission has announced the above resolutions on the basis of the Solvency II Directive.
