Eeva Granskog appointed Head of Division at FIN-FSA’s On-Site Inspection and Internal Models

Eeva Granskog, LLM, has been appointed Head of the On-Site Inspection and Internal Models division for the period 1 November 2024 – 30 November 2025. Granskog has served as Head of Division at the Capital Markets Supervision department’s Investment Products and Services since 2014. Prior to her role as Head of Division, Granskog worked at the Financial Supervisory Authority (FIN-FSA) in diverse and demanding expert positions in capital markets supervision, regulation and international supervisory cooperation.

The On-Site Inspection and Internal Models division is responsible for the inspection of banks in prudential and liquidity supervision, the assessment and approval of internal models for credit and market risk, and regulatory expertise related to models. The division participates in inspection of significant banks and assessment of models in close cooperation with the European Central Bank (ECB), and also in inspection of non-Finnish banks within the operating area of joint European banking supervision.
