Hanna Heiskanen appointed Senior Digitalisation Specialist at FIN-FSA

​Hanna Heiskanen, MSc (Tech.) and LLM, has been appointed Senior Digitalisation Specialist at the FIN-FSA as of 27 March 2017. She is transferring to her new position from the National Cyber Security Centre of the Finnish Communications Regulatory Authority (FICORA).

Hanna Heiskanen has extensive experience of the digital single market, electronic identification, digital services and readiness and viability of telecommunications. She has been involved in preparation of EU and national level regulation and expert groups dealing with electronic identification practices and inter-authority communications. In her work, she has also gained experience of financial digitalisation and the latest regulation relating to the financial sector.

Prior to her appointment at FICORA she worked for the Research and Development Department of a significant telecommunications corporation on development projects related to service quality and the performance of mobile communication networks.​
