FIN-FSA has imposed seven administrative fines for neglect of reporting. Administrative fines have been imposed to companies which have failed to submit the regular reports by a given deadline. Each of the administrative fines amounts to EUR 5000.

For neglect of a reporting obligation, FIN-FSA may impose an administrative fine of EUR 5,000–100,000 on a legal person. Such an administrative fine shall be ordered payable to the State.
No appeals have been lodged against the decisions, so they are legally binding.
