New version of FIN-FSA Reporting Application downloadable from Jakelu Distribution Service
FIN-FSA’s Reporting Application 21.0.18 and new Excel workbooks for EBA and EIOPA data collections as well as ESMA AIFMD data collection are now available for download in Jakelu distribution service.
EBA – credit institutions, investment firms, fund management companies, authorised alternative investment fund managers
- The Reporting Application takes into account taxonomy changes of the DPM 3.0 version updates related to EBA’s data collections.
- Entry into force
- REM BM and REM HE modules retroactively as from the reference date 31 December 2020
- AE, COREP ALM, COREP LCR DA, COREP LE, COREP LR, COREP NSFR, COREP OF and FINREP9 modules as from the reference date 30 June 2021
- COREP FRTB module as from the reference date 30 September 2021
- Workbooks for DPM versions 2.8 to 3.0.1 that are compatible with the latest version of the Reporting Application can be downloaded from the Jakelu Distribution Service.
EIOPA – life and non-life insurance companies, institutions for occupational retirement provision
Solvency II - life and non-life insurance companies
- There have been no changes to the content of the Solvency II data collection.
- Workbooks for DPM versions 2.0.1 to 2.5.0 that are compatible with the latest version of the Reporting Application can be downloaded from the Jakelu Distribution Service.
Pension Fund - institutions for occupational retirement provision
- There have been no changes to the content of the Pension Fund data collection.
- Workbooks for DPM versions 2.3.0 and 2.5.0 that are compatible with the latest version of the Reporting Application can be downloaded from the Jakelu Distribution Service.
ESMA - alternative investment fund managers
- There have been no changes to the content of the AIFMD data collection.
- Workbook for DPM version 1.2 which is compatible with the latest version of the Reporting Application can be downloaded from the Jakelu Distribution Service.
EBA, EIOPA, ESMA – use of reporting test environment recommended
- It is not technically possible to implement all the checks into the Reporting Application. Reports can be sent to the reporting test environment for validation before submitting the official report to Financial Supervisory Authority. The use of the reporting test environment is recommended.

- The Financial Supervisory Authority recommends using the latest version of the Reporting Application in reporting.
